Mist
February 17, 2011
This picture was taken on our way up to Noosa. The misty rain was beautiful and I was all inspired, so we stopped very briefly and snapped it through the windscreen!
And this pretty little scene wasn’t far away.
WoW! You can feel peace and stillness just looking at them.
Just gorgeous Cindy! 🙂
Mmm…professional drive by ‘sharp’ shooter.
Mine are never so clear but surprising how nice the odd one is at 100+ks/hr. The speed blur can add an artistic element sometimes. Good distraction for long trips.
My Uncle Alan rode his bicycle about the countryside in the 1940s/50s with his camera. Mum and Dad had hundreds of his small B/W & sepia photos of trees. Just trees. As a kid I’d spread them out on the double bed and look at them for ages.
Just trees! How I loved them.
I’m happy with the teasing today, “Mum’s got another tree”!
Love these too. Thanks Cindy.
Thanks Kath! Trees are so interesting aren’t they? This one wasn’t taken at 100km though! We stopped (for about 30 seconds) and I just took this through the windscreen 🙂
Oh, thought I musta converted you to drive by shots. Sorry you had to re-word your heading because of my misinterpretation. I’m not as bad though as the girl who stared at the orange juice carton for 1/2 hr because it said “Concentrate”!
These were worth stopping for. Bodyguard under orders or just his obliging self? Nice together work anyway. Realise now, what’s coming through in these photos. Harmony. In the midst of the mist. All sunshine isn’t needed for harmony together.
