I’ve always loved the classic and timeless feel of film photos (remember how photography was all about loading film into the camera and then developing the negatives and printing photographs from them). I recently decided to invest in a medium format camera to create these type of images for myself and my clients and this was my first roll of black and white film…needless to say I’m in love! Gorgeous chubby little 8 month old Anthony was one of the most placid babies I’ve photographed and these pictures with his lovely mama make my heart sing. I adore the tones, and the grain, and the timeless fine-art feel to the images which cannot be replicated.
Simple everyday moments of motherhood are beautiful.
